BREATHWORK TEACHER TRAINING, PORTUGAL 2025

This training will be held at the beautiful, quiet, Yoga resort, by a river next to beautiful mountains, with an amazing restaurant, pool and garden.

Key THEMEs this training will go into in detail about:

MODULES

Module 1 (4 days)

  • How does breathwork work,

  • How to breathe and the different stages and signs to look for in breathwork,

  • Learn about mental programming and uncover your core issue,

  • Learn to transform old patterns and beliefs, Use of affirmations,

  • Connect through a hypnotic journey with your inner child.

  • Explore your inner child’s need and welcome the missing parts back home.

  • You will breathe yourself and observe others in their processes.

Module 2 (4 days)

  • You will keep on observing and start guiding the process with our support.

  • Working with parents and forgiveness processes

  • Explore and uncover the power of pranic energy

  • How to work with chakras during a breathwork session

  • Using one’s intuition

  • Client case history and giving detailed introductions

  • Working effectively with emotions, trauma and common avoidance mechanisms in Breathwork

Module 3 (4 Days)

  • You will keep on observing and start guiding the process with our support.

  • Guiding individual and group sessions

  • Talking and touching during a session

  • Transforming stuck belief systems

  • Conscious sexuality and Tantra, and its connection with breathwork

  • Breathwork and Enlightenment and what is the connection between them

  • Hypnosis Journey to connect with Spirit Guides

  • Different personality types and how they influence ones breathing mechanism,

  • Music during a session.

Module 4 (4 days)

  • Your life purpose

  • Dissolving financial Limitations

  • How to manifest a Soulful Business

  • Scope of Practice

  • Guiding breathwork with outside clients

  • Code of Ethics

  • IBF (International Breathwork Foundation), a worldwide Breathwork Community

  • Requirements

  • Final ceremony.

  • Online mentoring and support Accountability and Integration call
